WELCOME TO BSKS

Bangladesh Samaz Kalyan Samity (BSKS) is a Non Government Voluntary, Social welfare and development organization, registered with social welfare department of Bangladesh. BSKS is a awareness organization in various sections of local society and development initiative of environment.

Founder members of BSKS observed that this region (then the East Pakistan) was neglected in various ways by the government of peoples republic of Pakistan. They felt that there were no scope of development in East Pakistan (present Bangladesh) without private sector development and public awareness. So in 1966, BSKS was formed with a modern theme to develop rural community at Sonakania village under greater Satkania Thana (P.S.) (present Satkania and Lohagara UPazila) of Chittagong district in Bangladesh.

Bridging with general people and Gov. administration and to develop "Whose help-them selves" is the main vision of BSKS.
